How early should you start planning an event?

Every event is different, so it depends on how much you're handling vs. what you would like us to manage:

Small event (up to 100 people): I would plan at least (2-3) months in advance.

Medium sized event (100-200 people): I would plan at least (3-4) months in advance.

Large event
(up to 500 people): I would plan at least (5-6) months in advance.

Extra-large (500 people): I would plan a year in advance. The longer the lead time, the more we are able to help save you money in negotiating contracts, finding the best venue and all the other important details that will help you have a successful event!

Do you work with other professionals for your events?

We have been in the event industry for over 30+ years so we have developed incredible working relationships with other experts in their fields and will partner with them depending on the project. We expect a lot from our partners and our clients benefit from these amazing resources!

How far will you travel for an event?

Even though we are located in Seattle, our clients have taken us all over the world and we take pride in that we can adapt to any of our surroundings and will produce and manage an event no matter the location. We have worked in over (54) US cities & (28) international cities over six continents hosting multiple events in each city over the years.  We even have staff in a lot of these cities who are ready and willing to work with us on your event!

What are some tips you can give to clients to help plan for an event?

List out your goals and what you are wanting to achieve for your event.  It's ok if you don't know how to bring everything together. That's our expertise and where we like to help our clients with creativity and a game plan. We have been told by clients that we've gone over and beyond what they ever thought they could achieve, and we strive to accomplish that for all of our clients!
